Yes. By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
Normally the payment by the bank transfer takes to 3 business days.
After the payment will be successful, your order will be collected and shipped, and after that you`ll receive the tracking number.
When the payment will be accepted your order status changes to “Packaging”
You can check your order status on your Driada profile at any time as well.

When will I receive a package if something goes wrong?
✔ If you haven’t received your package and we have not received the package back, and it has been 40 business days, we will reship your package at no cost to you, but only once and for free!
✔ If the reshipped order does not arrive for the second time, we will not reship it for the third time for free or provide a refund. We send out orders only if a customer agrees to take the risks.
✔ If your order was seized, you need to send us the seizure letter via email. After we have checked it, we will reship your order once for free!
All situations related to reshipping are discussed individually. Therefore, if you encounter any problems, be sure to get in touch with our support team in the first place.
When will I NOT receive a package if something goes wrong?
If the package is returned to the sender due to the receiver’s unavailability, we do not reship or refund! Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address along with your full first name and last name.

✔ View the results to confirm the product’s authenticity.
Enter the seller’s name, which can be their nickname on Telegram, Instagram, or a website address.

Please note that the company cannot be held responsible for the actions of unverified users.
Reward points
Please note: You can use up to 80% of your total reward points balance per order. Reward points can’t be used with coupons.
You can use Reward points or coupons separately.
To get the reward points you should follow the instructions given below.
✔Register – 25 reward points will be added to your balance after registration.
✔Buy products – You will earn points for each order. After the order is confirmed, reward points will be added to your balance.
✔Review – After you receive your order, write at least 50 words and attach a photo, and submit it as a public feedback on the following boards: meso-rx, musclegurus etc. After the approval, you will get 50 – 250 reward points which will be added to your balance within 24 hours.
Reship policy
Please review the following information carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Reship Policy terms.
✔ If you have not received your package and we have not received it back, after 40 business days we will reship your package once for free, at no cost to you.
